The HRB has been partying “805” style for ten years at many wineries and wine events in the Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo area---including: Firestone, Fess Parker, Foley, Lincourt, Rideaux, Fiddlehead, Salisbury, J.Lohr, Pomar Junction, the Paso Wine Fest, the Santa Barbara Harvest and Vintners Festivals and many, many other private events and club dates.

The HRB came together during Sunday afternoon jam sessions at the old Foley (now the Lincourt) wine tasting room in Santa Ynez and the party has just kept rolling on ever since. The House Red Band loves to play 'vintage' Rock, Soul and Blues classics and original tunes blended and aged in vocal harmonies. We can get a crowd dancing! Best of all; we have what no other band has: lead vocalist Mary Welsh—this woman has an incredible soulful voice that has a smoky richness that reminds us all of Bonnie Raitt.
